that was hilarious. both teams who coughed up epic collapses also blew saves in the 9th to miss out on play-in games!

I find it equally amusing that the Mets who were 7th in MLB in team payroll didn't even finish at .500.
Was the Redsox collapse "EPIC"? Yes it was embarrasing for a team of players who make that much money give up like that and as a fan it is pathetic to watch.
At least the Redsox were in a race, Mets lol.

Tigers 2009 was tough. They led their division for almost the entire year and were up 3 games with four to play, then lost the play-in game to the Twins.
And, of course, we can't forget this:
