Notice that he did that whole bit about the word "it's" but he still managed to use the wrong form.

It's clear that people who hate the Patriots because of their dominance have seized on a non-issue in an attempt to discredit their success. It's just like how half the world believes US prosperity is the result of our plundering helpless natives the world over.
The team that the Patriots put together is what it is. The fact that they did what every other team in the league did and got caught is really completely unrelated to the overall professionalism and success of the franchise. You don't win consistently for a decade because you taped walkthroughs on two occasions.
This is all not even to mention that the 2007 undefeated season occurred after Spygate, as did the 11-5 2008 season without the MVP of the league.
Anyone with the eyes to see how the franchise has been run--the team concept, the balanced roster, the wise cap moves, the great drafts, the genius gameplans--realizes that none of it has anything to do with "cheating". "Cheating" is the cry of the losers who envy the Patriots' success.
This really is so ridiculous as to not even be worth the time to argue...

That undefeated season, they probably were 15 games into their taping, then they got caught, giants almost beat them in the final week, then actually beat them in the superbowl. ran out of tape.
Next season, the piss poor dolphins destroy them on some stupid trick play because Bill B's outdated tapes didnt have that plan on there, and he was too dumb to figure out how to beat it.

also, you are right. It is what it is, and it was what it was. You even said it yourself, "the genius gameplans". Everyone said Bill B is a genius, many said thats why they won, the genius coaching. But its not so genius when you know what play the other team is running, is it?
