I'm hearing rumors, but I don't see him leaving Baltimore.
Anybody else see this one going anywhere?

I don't know why they'd get rid of him. He's got to be one of the fastest players on their team.

There was a Manny for Tejada deal floating around, but the Orioles said "no thank you" to the Sox. Now, here is the rumor going around and around and around...and around.
It is the top story, it is about Blalock, but Tejada is mentioned as well

I just want to make this point; as a resident of Baltimore, let me tell you he has given this team new life. He is the sole reason fans actually come out to the Ballpark. When I go to Camden Yards, it actually has fans in the seats. I couldn't say that five years ago. But all in all, the guy was just upset that he doesn't have that extra talent in the club house to give him a championship. Angelos doesn't want to put out for the pitching that would help us out. Tejada also is one of the best fielders we have as well. On a side note, can the 92-93 Bluejays get a nod as one of the best teams ever?

I'll give them a nod as the best team of 92-93. Still they rank behind several other teams as the best ever including but not limited to.
1929-31 Philadelphia A's
1936-43 New York Yankees
1950-64 New York Yankees
1880-82 Chicago White Stockings
1906-10 Chicago Cubs
1955-66 Brooklyn/LA Dodgers
1926-34 St Louis Cardinals
1921-24 New York Giants
1894-86 Baltimore Orioles
1872-75 Boston Red Stockings
Or if you just want to count the past 20 years
1995-2005 New York Yankees

I would think more 96-2001. But if you want to go up to 2005 I'm fine with that.
