Restarting the Beta League

Well, I've had it on my list to do this soon. I guess we'll get to it sooner rather than later. Thanks everyone for the help over the last year or so. Sometime around March 20th, we'll be setting up and starting a new beta league.

Just a heads up... I will be gone from March 24 to April 2. Don't think I will have internet access. Would like to set up my draft prefs before I leave.

Howdy all, I am available to participate in Beta leagues. I am loving the experimental MBL league and would very much like to be a part of new programming. Thanks Bryce

We're in the process of ordering a new server and going with a new fully managed hosting partner. This should be setup and ready to go sometime next week. My plan is to move the beta leagues over to this server first and test everything before moving the rest of the site over there.
So it could be a couple weeks before we can resume beta. Thanks everyone.

I'm going to make this first come, first serve for former beta owners. Why? IMO, checking into the beta boards is probably the most important part about being a beta tester.
If you were not previously a beta tester, feel you are qualified, and would like to become one now, please u2u me first for permission and I'll consider you for the league.
Here's how we will proceed. We will fill the league up and draft very quickly and run a quick season to get everything working. Then we will redraft using the manual process once we get the kinks worked out. We may run a few seasons even before the redraft.
You will have to signup for a new screen name on the beta site - I started everything from scratch.

I got set-up to get things started, but can move aside - no problems - if there are enough active owners ready to get going.

I successfully setup CaseyStengel as my beta screen name. How do I sign up for a team? The only choices are Single Season and Dynasty.I would like the NYA team as my first choice.

It looks like I am too late. It says that there are no more openings. Is there only one beta league this time?Regards, Mike

Nonetheless, can't wait to get started. Playing with new features and looking for bugs and whatnot has been extremely enjoyable in the past beta leagues
Also, Tyson, does the verification link in the email have any purpose for this league? I didn't seem to need it (not to mention that the link doesn't exist)

During the last restart, Tyson told everyone to sign up as a single season team. I'm assuming this is still the case, as I signed up and ended up in the same league as BleedRed. Is this correct?Nonetheless, can't wait to get started. Playing with new features and looking for bugs and whatnot has been extremely enjoyable in the past beta leagues

We're just going to do one league. Last time, we only have about 18-20 active people, so I'd like to cut a few folks and get all the active guys into one league.
I'm going to work on setting up the rest of the site tomorrow.

Howdy Tyson, I have signed up and have screen name of CoCreator12 for the Boston Team.. that was about 9 hours ago and I have not been able to get back into it. I am in the beta site and can get to the login screen but when I enter my screen name and password I get the following error message. Howdy Casey.. I am using correct password as I even asked for it to be sent to me. I have tried more than 1 browser so I am sure it is not a cache problem, I have shut down system and restarted it several times so I am sure it is not one of those mysterious computer things. I have NOT tried jumping up and down in frustration however so I will do that now!...... NOPE that didn't work either. Bryce

Howdy all... Is there any way to link my Beta team to all of my other teams so that I can use the same U2U? I want to use kittens to keep all my u2us under 1 name.. is that possible to do from the Beta site? I have tried and it cant find my beta screenname. Thanks Bryce
